  • How do I make an online purchase?

Add the items you need to your shopping cart and close the order. Then, enter the shipping fields and check out. Finally enter your payment method. You will receive the confirmation via e-mail.

  • How much is the shipping fee?

A: Your shipping fee will be according to your address, our page will calculate it for you at the moment you enter the shipping fields

NOTE: Remember that the shipping is subject to the delivery coverage of our logistics partners.

  • I made a mistake in the shipping information, what can I do?

  • How long does it take to deliver an order?

A: Estimated delivery time is from 15 to 30 business days.

  • What types of shipping can I use?

A: Direct delivery of the package from our distribution center in Estado de México to the door of your destination with the indicated postal code.

  • What happens if the package is lost?

A: Don't worry, your shipment is insured and we will replace your purchase if necessary depending on your situation.

  • Can I make a change in my order or cancel it before the shipping?

A: You can only cancel the purchase if it is not shipped. We do not make changes to orders due to logistic expenses.

  • Can I return the merch?

A: No, we don’t make returns because of the international shipping costs.

  • How long does it take my payment to be credited?

A: Maximum 48 hours, depending on the payment method you have chosen.

  • Do you have any physical stores?

A: Yes, we have several stores in Mexico. You can check the addresses in the “where to buy” section.
